We undertake all types of medical negligence work and claims both large and small.
We deal with mis-diagnosis cases, errors and delays in diagnosis, pregnancy and birth mismanagement, errors in all areas of surgery, fatalities as a result of medical negligence. In view of the difficulties in obtaining Medical Experts in Ireland, we will often instruct where necessary medical experts outside of Ireland in order to establish the negligence from a Doctor or Consultant who is not likely to know or be a colleague of any Irish Doctor and is this more independent and objective and which will help to progress your case.
Inquests are enquiries by a Coroner into the cause of death. In circumstances for example where the cause of death is unknown or occurs in a violent or unnatural manner such as car accident, while giving birth, suicide or while undergoing surgery. We represent clients such as family members of loved ones or personal representatives at such inquests following a death of a loved one. We will make submissions and examine witnesses where necessary and try to obtain as much evidence as possible at this stage which will also assist with any later civil or medical negligence claim or insurance claim such as life policies declared.
