Making a Will is a very simple procedure and not costly (approx €100) and is used as an opportunity to minimise tax liability for loved ones and other expenses associated with intestacy. It also ensures that your ultimate intentions are carried through on death and any family members or children are adequately provided for. In an effort to relay the importance of making a Will, with every property purchase, sale or re-mortgage, we offer our service of drafting your Will and advice in relation to same for an additional €50 plus Vat.
