Margaret Byrne is a highly experienced Legal Executive specialising in Personal Injury
claims/ Litigation, including Employer’s Liability and Public Liability claims across both the
Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. Margaret joined the Dundalk office of Catherine
Allison & Co during 2025.

With over 30 years of experience in the legal sector, Margaret possesses extensive expertise
in managing claims from initial instruction through to successful resolution. Her practice
