I was recently appointed Executor and Trustee of the will of a family member. Catherine Allison &Co were appointed Solicitors and Annemarie O'Hare was nominated as my Point of Contact. The duties and responsibilities of an Executor are both exacting and time-consuming. However, the support and guidance received from Annemarie simplified matters greatly. Sinead Creighan, assisted by Donna Rennick, did a superb job of crossing every t and dotting every i when we recently bought our first home. The process was very stressful, but made less so by their thoroughness and friendly professionalism. I felt also that they handled the additional challenges posed by Covid restrictions very well.
