Kathleen McGeeney

 

Kathleen McGeeney is a highly experienced Senior Legal Executive at Catherine Allison Solicitors, having joined the firm in 2018. With nearly four decades of experience in legal practice,   Kathleen brings exceptional knowledge, insight, and dedication to every matter she handles.

Before joining Catherine Allison Solicitors in 2018, Kathleen had worked in legal offices since the age of 16. Having moved from an office in Letterkenny to Dundalk, she spent 26  years with McDonough & Breen Solicitors.  She built a strong foundation in civil litigation and developed a reputation for delivering thorough, results-driven support to clients.

Kathleen graduated from Griffith College Dublin in 2008 and has since cultivated a wide-ranging civil litigation practice, with particular specialist expertise in Probate, Wills, Probate litigation, and Contested Wills.  She regularly works on complex and sensitive cases across multiple jurisdictions, including the Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, England and Wales, offering clients reassurance through her deep understanding of cross-border legal and practical issues.
